DANISH DIET O_O lets start!

ahh~ so im dieting (x
and instead of making this blog about makeup and stuff.
maybe about dieting? :D LOL
well lets get started!

first off about me~
weight 146-149 depending.
age:15
height: 5"6(ish)
sex: female

history of my diets-
well ive gone to my doctor before and they told me to try this one diet for three months or longer.
which i did and lost about 10 pounds without it being harmful to my body. There is no formal menu but you CANNOT eat meat of any source!, anything from the ground( carrots, radish, ect), apples or melon.. it was horrible >_< cause it was three months.
its been years from that though;

what is danish diet?
the danish diet is a diet that has to do with meat. and lts of it.
they give you a certain menu that you have to follow almost EXACTLY. some people have changed it up a bit (for example instead of carrots a tomatoe).
this diet is TOUGH and im about to start my first day today.

this diet is also korean, well it started in korea and its gotten very famous (x
im korean so... i guess thats where i got th idea from?

well... i bet you wondering... WHERES THE DIET MENU ALREADY?

here it is~




Day 1
breakfast 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube sugar
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + boiled spinach + 1 tomato
diner 200 gr. (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice
Day 2
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar
lunch 1/2 can of ham + 1 serving natural yogurt
diner 200 gr. (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice
Day 3
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 slice of ham + lettuce salad
diner boiled celeriac + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit
Day 4
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread
lunch 2 dl. orange juice + 1 serving natural yogurt
diner 1 hard boiled egg + 1 large grated carrot + 1 pot cottage cheese
Day 5
breakfast 1 large grated carrot w/ lemon juice
lunch 200 g (7 oz) boiled cod w/ lemon juice + 1 teaspoon butter
diner 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad and fresh celeriac
Day 6
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large grated carrot
diner 1/2 chicken + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice
Day 7
breakfast 1 cup tea, no sugar
lunch NOTHING (drink plenty of water, it helps...)
diner 200 g (7 oz) lamb cutlet + 1 apple
Day 8
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + boiled spinach + 1 tomato
diner 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice
Day 9
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar
lunch 1/2 can of ham + 1 natural yogurt
diner 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice
Day 10
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + 1/2 can of ham + lettuce salad with lemon juice
diner boiled celeriac + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit
Day 11
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread
lunch 2 dl. orange juice + 1 serving natural yogurt
diner 1 hard boiled egg + 1 large grated carrot + 1 pot of cottage cheese
Day 12
breakfast 1 large grated carrot w/ lemon juice
lunch 200 g (7 oz) boiled cod with lemon juice + 1 teaspoon butter
diner 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with fresh celeriac
Day 13
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large grated carrot w/ lemon juice
diner 250 g (8,8 oz) chicken + lettuce salad w/ oil & lemon juice

Day 8
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar
lunch 2 hard boiled eggs + boiled spinach + 1 tomato
diner 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice
Day 9
breakfast 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar
lunch 1/2 can of ham + 1 natural yogurt

Day 10

LOL its alot.. and its hard to do. like i said im on day one today.
and im goingto post for the next thirteen days to give you my results.
and at the end of my diet i WILL be posting before and afters (;



and also.. here is my first post for the day...
for breakfast as you see up there ^ i had coffee.
i HATE coffee.... its so gross so if you like coffee... you will.love.this.diet.
when i drank it.. i kinds ended up spitting some back out.. YUCK. )x
