first off about me~
weight 146-149 depending.
age:15
height: 5"6(ish)
sex: female
history of my diets-
well ive gone to my doctor before and they told me to try this one diet for three months or longer.
which i did and lost about 10 pounds without it being harmful to my body. There is no formal menu but you CANNOT eat meat of any source!, anything from the ground( carrots, radish, ect), apples or melon.. it was horrible >_< cause it was three months.
its been years from that though;
what is danish diet?
the danish diet is a diet that has to do with meat. and lts of it.
they give you a certain menu that you have to follow almost EXACTLY. some people have changed it up a bit (for example instead of carrots a tomatoe).
this diet is TOUGH and im about to start my first day today.

this diet is also korean, well it started in korea and its gotten very famous (x
im korean so... i guess thats where i got th idea from?

diner | 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice |

lunch | 1/2 can of ham + 1 natural yogurt |
diner | 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with oil and lemon juice |
breakfast | 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread |
lunch | 2 hard boiled eggs + 1/2 can of ham + lettuce salad with lemon juice |
diner | boiled celeriac + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit |
breakfast | 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread |
lunch | 2 dl. orange juice + 1 serving natural yogurt |
diner | 1 hard boiled egg + 1 large grated carrot + 1 pot of cottage cheese |
breakfast | 1 large grated carrot w/ lemon juice |
lunch | 200 g (7 oz) boiled cod with lemon juice + 1 teaspoon butter |
diner | 200 g (7 oz) beef steak + lettuce salad with fresh celeriac |
breakfast | 1 cup coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 slice toasted bread |
lunch | 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 large grated carrot w/ lemon juice |
diner | 250 g (8,8 oz) chicken + lettuce salad w/ oil & lemon juice |
LOL its alot.. and its hard to do. like i said im on day one today.
and im goingto post for the next thirteen days to give you my results.
and at the end of my diet i WILL be posting before and afters (;
and also.. here is my first post for the day...
for breakfast as you see up there ^ i had coffee.
i HATE coffee.... its so gross so if you like coffee... you will.love.this.diet.
when i drank it.. i kinds ended up spitting some back out.. YUCK. )x
